The title system is comprised of 5 levels of promotion system depending on individuals’ capability and managed as linked with the HR policies such as mandatory training and differentiated compensations for each title. We provide our employees with training and voluntary learning through in-house learning organizations to foster talents equipped with professional expertise in technology and business.
Promotion System
- Regular Promotion
- Those who successful carry out their roles and responsibilities for the current position and are deemed to deserve promotion are promoted through annual promotion with the verification procedure accordingly.
- Special Promotion
- Those who demonstrate their outstanding performance and capability can be promoted through a separate review and selection process with special exemption of standard period requirement.
